Step One: Learn about your 2016 benefits options

Step Two: Meet ALEX® — your fun, new virtual benefits counselor

ALEX is the host of a unique online experience that will help you understand and make your 2016 health care benefits elections. "Talking" with him is easy. He will ask a few questions, crunch some numbers, and explain your available health care benefits options and costs. Want to save time and find the right health care benefits for your needs? He’s ready to talk to you at any time 24/7 — and might even make you laugh!

Step Three: Enroll in your benefits November 2 – 20

Make your 2016 benefit elections. Even if you decide to make no changes, don’t forget: If you set aside pre-tax dollars in a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you need to elect a new FSA or HSA contribution each year because these elections do not automatically carry over from year to year. Sign on to the Your Benefits tool with your username and password.

Step Four: Get the most from your benefits all year long

Use your Wells Fargo benefits throughout the year to:

  • Find the right care options for your specific needs.
  • Understand and manage your costs.
  • Make positive decisions to achieve or maintain your personal health and well-being goals.

Start the year off right: Earn up to $800 in health and wellness dollars when you complete certain health and wellness-related activities.
