One day

Preparing for retirement is an important part of your overall financial health. It’s never too early to start saving. The Wells Fargo & Company 401(k) Plan is designed to support your long-term savings goals. The more you invest and the earlier you start, the greater opportunity you’ll have for your retirement savings to grow. If you’re later in your career, you may be caring for children and parents, balancing saving for your retirement, and paying for your child’s education. It’s important to see where you are today, dream about where you want to go, and make a plan to get there.

Refer to the Wells Fargo & Company 401(k) Plan Summary Plan Description (PDF 1.5MB) to learn more about the plan and how it can help you save money for retirement.

401(k) Plan participants also have access to Advisory Services, including Retirement Readiness Reviews, which are consultative discussions about your progress toward your retirement goals.
