As you use your benefit plans, it’s important to know where you can find the details about the plans that can help you invest in your overall well-being.

This page is your resource for accessing the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), and any applicable Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs), for many of the Wells Fargo-sponsored benefit plans available to benefits-eligible team members on U.S. payroll. These documents describe various provisions of each of the referenced benefit plans, such as eligibility and enrollment, how the plans work, when you can make changes, your rights and obligations under the plans, and other important information. Click the applicable links below to learn more about these plans.

Note: The Benefits Book is revised annually and any changes for the new plan year will be described in the updated Benefits Book. The updated book is generally available in January of each year.

*If you're enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan option, you'll receive a coverage document directly from Kaiser that details the coverage provided and any requirements for accessing services and receiving benefits under the applicable Kaiser plan. This information is not included in the Benefits Book.
