Benefits Book & SPDs

The Benefits Book is your guide to various employee benefit plans. It contains the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), which describe the provisions of certain Wells Fargo-sponsored benefit plan options for team members. Refer to the Benefits Book if you have questions or want to learn more about a benefit plan option contained within the Benefits Book, such as what’s covered, how to file claims, or how to change coverage.

SPDs for the medical plans vary depending on the specific plan you select. The SPDs for Wells Fargo’s self-insured medical plans are included in the Benefits Book. To obtain the portion of the SPD describing medical benefits available for an insured Kaiser medical plan option, contact Kaiser directly.
