Benefits Book & SPDs

The Benefits Book, Effective January 1, 2015, is your guide to benefits for 2015. It contains the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), which describe the provisions of certain Wells Fargo-sponsored benefit plan options for benefits-eligible team members on U.S. payroll. Please refer to the Benefits Book by clicking on the link below if you have questions or want to learn more about a benefit plan option contained within the Benefits Book, such as what's covered, how to file claims, or how to change coverage.

SPDs for the medical plan options vary depending on the specific plan selected. SPDs for the self-insured medical plan options are included in the Benefits Book. To obtain the portion of the SPD describing medical benefits available for an insured Kaiser medical plan option, please contact Kaiser directly.

Note: SPDs for retirement plans are listed separately below. Click on the applicable link to review the corresponding information.
