To request a Personal or Job Search Leave, call 1‑877‑HRWELLS (1‑877‑479‑3557). All relay service calls, including 711, are accepted.

To request a Medical, Family, Parental, Critical Caregiving, Military, Military Exigency, or Servicemember Care Leave, contact Lincoln Financial Group (Lincoln) at 1-866-213-2937, or online at mylincolnportal.com/.

• First-time users requesting a leave online will need to establish a username and password by following the prompts on the page.
• The company code for Wells Fargo is Wells.
