Meeting Registration Tips

A new enhancement this year allows you to schedule your benefits meeting through a special Annual Benefits Enrollment Catalog in the Learning Center. After you sign on, you go directly to the catalog. If there are In-Person Benefit Meetings in your work city, the list of meetings will show only those meetings, plus a list of Call-In Benefit Meetings. If in-person meetings are not available in your city, then only a list of call-in meetings will appear.

How to Register for a Meeting

Visit the Annual Benefits Enrollment Catalog in the Learning Center

  1. The meeting list displays call-in meetings first (e.g., ABE – Call-In Meeting – Day Care & Healthcare Flexible Accounts) and in-person meetings last (Annual Benefits Enrollment In-Person Meetings).
  2. To see a list of sessions and times, scroll down to the meeting you prefer and click the Show link.
  3. A series of meeting sessions will display for each in-person location or call-in topic.
  4. To view building or location restriction(s) and ensure you can access a meeting location, click the address link.
  5. If you have clicked one of the radio buttons and wish to exit a series, click the Hide link. Also, when you click the Show link to review a new series you will automatically exit the series you previously selected.
  6. To register, be sure to select the radio button for your preferred session and click the Finish Registration button.
  7. An email confirmation will follow.
    1. Click the .vcs attachment and choose Open.
    2. The .vcs file will create an Outlook appointment.
    3. Click Save and Close to save the appointment to your Outlook calendar.
Space Is Limited Meetings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you select a meeting that is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified of any opening — then you must return to the Annual Benefits Enrollment Catalog in the Learning Center to register. Openings from the waiting list are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To Cancel Your Registration
  1. Sign on to the Learning Center
  2. In the page header, click Learner Home to view your Training Schedule.
  3. Locate your meeting and click More.
  4. Click the checkbox next to your meeting.
  5. Under “Task,” choose Cancel registration.
  6. Click Go.

Note: You will receive an email acknowledgement. However, canceling your registration does not remove the appointment from your Outlook calendar. You must directly delete it.


Restricted Access in Some Locations

Be sure to note the access restrictions for the in-person meetings listings before registering. The registration tool will not automatically limit your attendance to locations you can access. To ensure your participation, sign up for a meeting in a location you can access.

For some locations, you can request a building pass. For other locations, you must already work in that building to attend. Some locations are open to all team members; however, this will vary by city and location.
