Vision Plans

Eye exams are essential — not just for detecting vision problems, but also as important preventive measures for maintaining overall health and wellness. Exams can provide an early warning for serious medical conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, and cancer. Caring for your eyes should always be a part of your regular health care routine.

Wells Fargo offers three choices for vision coverage (available in all states): Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed Vision Care, and UnitedHealthcare Vision (formerly Spectera). Benefits are essentially the same under all three plans, but the network of providers varies between plans. You can find vision care providers in your area with the Provider Directory Service.

  Contracts with a nationwide network of private practice optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• EyeMed Vision Care
  Contracts with a nationwide network of optometrists and ophthalmologists, as well as several retail chain locations, including:
  • LensCrafters
  • Pearle Vision
  • JCPenney Optical
  • Sears Optical
  • Target Optical
    
• UnitedHealthcare Vision (formerly Spectera)
  Contracts with a nationwide network of optometrists and ophthalmologists, as well as several retail chain locations, including:
  • Wal-Mart
  • EyeMasters
  • Sterling Optical
  • Vision World
