The Privacy of Your Health Information

Wells Fargo is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal medical information. The federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires Wells Fargo, through its processes and group health plans, to maintain the privacy of your medical information. Wells Fargo’s Notice of HIPAA Privacy Rights describes how your medical information may be used and disclosed and how you can access this information.

This overview does not contain all the terms and provisions of available plans. Full plan details can be found in each plan’s Summary Plan Description (SPD) document, or in the Benefits Book.  

Official Plan Documents Govern

While reasonable efforts have been made to verify the accuracy of the materials presented, Wells Fargo cannot be responsible for errors, omissions, or changes to information provided by the companies about their plans. Should there be any errors in these materials, Wells Fargo reserves the right to correct such errors.
