For some team members, an important part of ongoing career development includes taking courses outside of Wells Fargo. To support these efforts, we provide a tuition reimbursement program as a benefit to many Wells Fargo team members.
The tuition reimbursement program is intended for career-related development courses. It's different from approved job-related classes, seminars or workshops, which are generally taken on paid-time and pre-paid through your manager's business unit.
Team members who are interested in participating in the program are encouraged to review the Tuition Reimbursement Brochure (pdf). After reviewing the brochure, team members can go directly to Tuition Online to confirm eligibility and obtain the Reimbursement Request form. This form must be approved by their manager or supervisor before the course begins.
Team members who are participating in the program can check their current tuition reimbursement balance by either emailing the HR Service Center at hrservicecenter2@wellsfargo.com or calling 1-877-HRWELLS (1-877-479-3557).
