Feedback is key in achieving performance success and in the development process. Your manager will provide positive feedback or feedback necessary for performance improvement.

In addition to receiving feedback, you will have the opportunity to respond to your manager – ask questions, get clarification, express how you feel and, most importantly, let your manager know what you need from him/her to be successful. Feel free to document any agreements, and follow up on these agreements with your manager.
