SkillPath
SkillPath offers Wells Fargo team members a ten percent discount on all of their seminars and materials. It also offers on-site or public block discounts for groups with several participants. Their seminars offer training on leadership, management, coaching, finance, accounting, human resources, business writing, customer service, and administrative support. Capella University
Wells Fargo team members can get a five percent tuition discount on online classes that can be used toward the completion of college degrees. Accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges, Capella University is a fully online academic institution that serves adult learners and employers. Founded in 1993, Capella University offers graduate and undergraduate degree programs and certificates in business, technology, education, human services and psychology. Institute for Management Studies (IMS)
IMS offers workshops on cutting-edge management issues. These workshops are taught by leading business school professors from the graduate schools at Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, UC Berkeley, Penn State, Stanford, SMU, Georgetown and others. American Management Association (AMA)
AMA offers over 200 different seminars on key management topics such as Building Better Work Relationships, Financial Analysis, Successfully Managing People, etc. This membership provides access to the AMA web site and other AMA publications, plus discounts on AMA books, self-study programs and special events. GlobalEnglish
This online resource provides personalized instruction and a customized learning plan, using innovative teaching and technologies to focus on conversation skills. A license fee of $385 is charged to your AU (manager authorization required). The license guarantees usage and is transferable within the year if the team member leaves the company or transfers to another department or group. To enroll:

  • Review the GlobalEnglish fact sheet
  • Discuss your interest in GlobalEnglish with your manager
  • Have your manager forward the following information to Corporate Learning & Development (globengrep@wellsfargo.com): team members’ first and last name, position title, e-mail address, MAC, as well as the manager’s name, e-mail address and the AU information for charging purposes.

Within two business days of sending the above information, the team member will receive a welcome letter and instructions on how to get started. If you have questions, contact: globengrep@wellsfargo.com.

Bricker’s Executive Education Search

ESI International
ESI provides e-learning, classroom and on-site training in project management, contract management and business analysis. As soon as you know you want to work with ESI, and at least 30 days before any engagement with ESI, you should complete a Contract Services Request Form for a Statement of Work (SOW) to be drawn up between you and ESI. This ensures that your engagement is legally tied to Wells Fargo’s Master Services Agreement and Pricing Agreement and establishes the terms in case of a cancellation. Learn more at:

E-train

Rockhurst University (National Seminars Group and Padgett-Thompson)
