Summaries of Benefits and Coverage and plan-at-a-glance documents are overviews of plan features, cost sharing, and coverage. The plan-at-a-glance documents are available for your 2015 medical plans, as well as for the 2014 and 2015 dental and vision plans.

Select either the 2014 or 2015 plan year, based on the information you need now:

2014 Summaries of Benefits and Coverage, rates, and plans at a glance
Choose this option only if:
  • You are newly hired or acquired or newly eligible for benefits, and are eligible to enroll in benefits for 2014, and you want to learn about your coverage options for the remainder of 2014.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Wells Fargo-sponsored benefit plan and want to find details about your 2014 coverage.
2015 Summaries of Benefits and Coverage, rates, and plans at a glance
Choose this option to view the benefit plan summaries and rates for plans offered in 2015 that you may elect during Annual Benefits Enrollment. Coverage in these plans will be effective January 1, 2015.
