Expiration date. Generally occurs the earliest of the following, either:
November 3, 2008
Immediately if your employment ends for reasons other than your Retirement, Disability or death
One year after your death
Upon your Retirement or Disability, your November 3, 1998 option becomes exercisable immediately and continues to be exercisable until its expiration date or one year after your death, whichever occurs first.
Retirement Definition. For purposes of November 3, 1998 PartnerShares stock option, "Retirement" means termination of employment after reaching either:
Age 55 with 10 completed years of service* or 80 points (with one point credited for each completed age year and one point credited for each completed year of service*)
Age 65
Disability Definition. For purposes of the November 3, 1998 PartnerShares stock option, Disability means a disability that would entitle a Participant to receive a disability benefit under any long-term disability plan maintained by the Corporation or an Affiliate, as from time to time in effect, whether or not the Participant is then participating in such plan.
* For purposes of this definition, a Participant is credited with one year of service after completion of each full 12-month period of employment with the Corporation or an Affiliate as determined by the Corporation or Affiliate. Calculating completed years of service for stock options can be complicated.
