What you need to know

Now that Wachovia is a part of Wells Fargo, you can take advantage of additional employment opportunities.

What you need to do

1. Complete the Retain Wells Fargo Team Member: Jobs Access Request Form.
2. Submit the form to Wachovia via email empidrequests@wachovia.com.

You will receive an email with your online access code, along with Wachovia Jobs website and sign on information, within two weeks of submitting your request.

You can then search for available Wachovia jobs within the U.S. When applying for each position, you have the opportunity to identify yourself as a retain team member.

What you need to know

Wachovia’s "My Job Agents" tool allows you to create and save job search criteria (such as, by location or title). When you create a Job Agent, all open posted positions will be searched and you’ll receive an email notification with links to jobs that meet your criteria. You can have up to five active Job Agents at a time.

What you need to do

1. Sign on to Wachovia’s HR Online system at hronline.wachovia.com using your Corporate Employee ID (A#) and your HR Online password.
2. Select the Job Search tab.
3. Select the “My Job Agents” option from the left navigation bar.
4. Click Add.
5. Select the appropriate Job Agent criteria. To search for positions using the Keyword field, enter the keywords and select either the Any or All buttons.
6. Name the Job Agent.
7. Click Save.

Be sure to provide a personal email address in HR Online > My Info > Corporate Info > Email Addresses so that you can receive electronic updates. Your personal email address is requested in case you don’t have an active Wells Fargo email address.
