If you are a participant in another employer's retirement plan for which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., also serves as third-party recordkeeper, you will also see that account listed when you sign on through wellsfargo.com/retirementplan. The plan administrator for the Wells Fargo 401(k) Plan does not have access to, or otherwise maintain, any information about your participation, accrued or vested benefits, contributions, or any other information about these other third-party employer-sponsored retirement plans. Any such information is maintained separately by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in its capacity as third-party recordkeeper to those other third-party employer-sponsored retirement plans.

If you have activated the investment portion of your health savings account ("HSA") through Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services (a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.), that account will also be listed when you sign on. Your HSA is not sponsored or maintained by Wells Fargo & Company as an employee benefits plan covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), or otherwise part of any ERISA-covered employee benefits plan or program sponsored or maintained by Wells Fargo & Company or any of its affiliates.
